Q: I live in a rural area and my mail delivery has been very sporadic. I’ve called Canada Post Customer Service but things have not improved. Is there anything your office can do about this?
A: Canada Post has a Governmental Affairs representative for this part of Ontario we can direct inquiries to and escalate cases. For all inquiries, you will need to provide us the ticket number you received when you first contacted Canada Post Customer Service.
