Special thanks to the local Chambers of Commerce for taking a leadership role in providing information to businesses and residents of Flamborough-Glanbrook.
The COVID-19 crisis is having a profound impact on our daily life and economy. First and foremost, please stay healthy and safe. We have already seen the impact of COVID-19 spread at a nursing home in Upper Stoney Creek. Our thoughts and prayers are with the residents, staff and their families at this very challenging time. Public health authorities and healthcare professionals are working around the clock on this. We thank them for their service, dedication and caring at this time. They are truly heroes.
I urge everyone to follow the advice of the Chief Medical Officer of Health and practice social distancing. If you feel you have any symptoms, use the self-assessment tool available and contact your doctor. Over the past week the federal government announced over $112 Billion in support for workers and small businesses deeply affected by the COVID-19 crisis. I know not all of the details are in place for all these programs. More details were provided yesterday and those are included below. I continue to ask for answers on your behalf and will share that information.
If my office can be of assistance to you at this time, don’t hesitate to contact us at 905-648-3850 or email@example.com
Please stay healthy and look out for one another.
