We can provide information and check on the status of any application with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), including:
- Temporary Residence (Temporary Residence Visas, Study Permits, Electronic Travel Authorizations),
- Permanent Residence (Express Entry, Provincial Nominee, Immigrant Investors, Self-Employed, Family Sponsorship, Caregivers)
- Refugee
- Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds
- Citizenship
In order for our office to assist with any IRCC application, we will need the full name, date of birth, client ID and file number for each applicant. If you would like to make an inquiry on behalf of an applicant, we will need the appropriate authorization forms.
Q: My family member’s Temporary Visit Visa was denied and the reasons do not make sense. Can you help?
A: We can make an inquiry with the IRCC MP unit to learn what the reviewing officer’s notes are and get an idea of what further documents can be provided to strengthen a future application.
Q: I am sponsoring my spouse to come to Canada but have not received an update in a while.
A: We can contact the IRCC MP unit to check on the status of the application and get an estimate of the processing times for you.
Q: My Permanent Resident Card has expired but I have to travel out of the country next month. What can I do?
A: We can send a request for urgent processing of your PR card renewal application to the IRCC MP unit. To do so, we will require your proof of travel (eg. a travel itinerary) as well as proof that tickets have been purchased.
